 Nick Smith MP
We welcome Dr Nick Smith MP to our conference. Nick is currently the National MP for Nelson and has been since 1996, and a Member of Parliament since 1990. He also provides the National party his Shadow Cabinet expertise in the areas of Environment, Climate Change, Conservation and Building and Construction. Nick has a BEng in Civil Engineering and a PHD studying New Zealand Landslides (the non-political kind) from Canterbury University. We look forward to hearing the views of an engineer with significant political experience.
